Community Based Programs Clinician
Carl N. Modeste, Ph.D. is a Psychological Assistant completing his postdoctoral year at Psychological Assessment, Inc. in the Community Based Programs division. He earned his Doctorate in forensic psychology at Walden University. He completed his Master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Modeste has experience working in correctional, school, and mental health settings. He enjoys working with clients who struggle with substance abuse and personality disorders. His interests include individual and group psychotherapy. Dr. Modeste’s dissertation was titled, “Clinician Perspectives on Gender Bias in the Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder.”
